Welcome to Saddle & Stone, a DBA under High Tide Marketing LLC. We craft unapologetically equestrian-inspired jewelry, built to last from the barn to the boardroom. Before you shop, please read through these Terms of Service (“Terms”)—they outline how we do business, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.

By using our website (saddleandstone.co) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, well… maybe you’re in the wrong barn.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and whatever else is listed at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Custom or limited edition items may take longer—because good things take time.

Taxes & Duties

  • Sales tax is applied where required.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. (We don’t make the rules, but customs officials sure do.)

Pre-Orders

Right now, we don’t offer pre-orders—just a wishlist feature. No money down, no waiting.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Default shipping is ground unless you specify otherwise.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 7-10 business days
  • International: Varies by location (and whatever customs decides to do that day)

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package disappears into the void, let us know at hi@saddleandstone.co. We assess these on a case-by-case basis.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange an item.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Shipping costs for returns are on you—unless we messed up.

Lifetime Fix Guarantee

  • If your jewelry breaks, send it back, and we’ll fix or replace it for free. (Yes, forever.)
  • You must send back the damaged piece to get a new one.

5. Intellectual Property (IP Theft is Not Cool)

All Saddle & Stone jewelry designs, names, descriptions, and images are 100% original and protected under intellectual property laws.

  • No copying.
  • No reselling.
  • No using our photos for your knockoff Etsy store. <3 You hear us Temu and Shein? 

Violating this will result in legal action faster than a horse on a sugar high.

6. User Conduct & Website Usage

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or steal content (we see you, AI bots).
  • Resell our designs without permission.
  • Use our site for anything shady.

If you break these rules, we’ll take legal action—because Saddle & Stone isn’t here to be anyone’s doormat.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue, email us at hi@saddleandstone.co and we’ll sort it out like civilized people.

Arbitration Clause

If we can’t agree, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico—because lawsuits are expensive, and we’d rather spend our time making jewelry.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website—so check in once in a while.
