Saddle & Stone Shipping Policy

At Saddle & Stone, we believe in fast, reliable shipping—because waiting for your new favorite piece of jewelry shouldn’t feel like waiting for your horse to come in from the pasture. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order from our hands to yours.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Unless you specify otherwise, standard ground shipping is used.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- U.S. Domestic Shipping: 7-10 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing
Please note: These timeframes are estimates. We can’t control delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or the mysterious black hole where lost packages seem to disappear.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
4. International Shipping & Customs Fees
Yes, we ship internationally! 🌎 But here’s what you need to know:
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
- We don’t control customs processing times, so your package might take longer to arrive.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We know it’s frustrating when a package goes MIA. If this happens:
- Contact us at hi@saddleandstone.co, and we’ll look into it.
- Each case is handled individually—we’ll work with you to find a solution.
If a package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with your neighbors, front desk, or any secret hiding spots your delivery driver might love.
- If it’s still missing, let us know.
6. Address Changes & Order Adjustments
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address you provide.
- If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hi@saddleandstone.co.
- Once an order is shipped, we can’t redirect it.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Right now, we don’t offer pre-orders—just a wishlist feature. So no waiting around for something you’ve already paid for.
8. Holiday Shipping
Holidays can slow down delivery times because, well, everyone is shopping. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, order early to avoid delays.
